Reservations
Book accommodations, excursions and the EI INTERATIONAL from the comfort of your own home, by SMS/e-mail, or on-line. Every individual and group reservation, from hostels to 5-star hotels, boat tours to all-in daytrips, are handled with care by the EI INTERNATIONAL Service Center.

Cancellation policy
The EI INTERNATIONAL Service Center applies the Uniform Conditions Horeca Nederland. Cancellations of reservations made at EI INTERNATIONAL Reservation Center will involve the following fees:

| Up to 14 days before arrival: |
15% of the total cost |
| Up to 7 days before arrival: |
35% of the total cost |
| Up to 3 days before arrival: |
60% of the total cost |
| Up to 24 hours before arrival: |
85% of the total cost |
| Less than 24 hours before arrival: |
100% of the total cost |
Reservation costs are none-refundable. In order to cancel a reservation, you must always contact the Service Center of EI INTERNATIONAL Reservation Center.
