Personal and/or Business informations are required to be registered such as name, company name, address, telephone number & e-mail address. It is necessary for orders delivery and/or if any problems arise.
2) METHOD OF PAYMENTS:
We accept all major credit cards such as American Express Card, Diners Club, Master Card, Visa Card, telegraphic or any bank to bank money transfer.
Credit Card’s fraud is a felony punishable by law. Fraudulent behaviour is to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Orders / Registrations / Reservations / Bookings / Service(s) Request are ALL final and irrevocable once online payment/online reservationa/online booking &/or email/sms service(s) request(s) has been processed and confirmed.
All Services/Products Requests are INVOICED ACCORDINGLY base on the WORLDWIDE LEGAL LAW basis on the clients country of business/private residency.
3) SHIPPING/SENDING/DELIVERY INFORMATION:
Services rendered and/or products sold by Ei INTERNATIONAL are ideally available all the time and ready for courier pick-up as soon as orders has been approved. In cases that orders are not available, customers are immediately notified through e-mail or by-phone. All purchased items are delivered through express door-to-door service international priority service. This service offers 24 hours to selected cities in Europe, Asia and USA. However, this door-to-door service varies the commitment time depending on type of products and/or type of packaging (please see details on the shipping list). Our reliable door-to-door delivery service has fully automated system and 24 –hour on-line tracking status. Products are packed in convenience; no tape, no string, no scissors. They are sturdy and water resistant so that your orders arrive in perfect shape. Orders are delivered in self-sealing packaging for a 100% security and damage-free items.
Shipping/Sending/Delivery charges is determined by the size and weight of the merchandise. Shipments on stock products are immediately shipped while back orders will follow as soon as they are available. The customer will be only charged for the shipped orders and not for back orders.
Finally, shipping services are categorized by Country group which is Domestic & International, local & international air shipped to destination using local postal systems. Delivery times depend on the service performance of each location. Shipping methods are express door-to-door via DHL, UPS, LBC, & Fed-Ex. Item types are classified as heavy items, regular items & small items.
4) PRICES/CUSTOMS / TAXES:
Price on the Ei International web-store does not include shipping/handling charges. The total amount of selected products, shipping & handling charges are figured in the shopping cart when you check out. Our company may charge additional cost for product requiring special handling. If such cases arise, costumers are notified immediately.
In most cases; products purchased for personal use (such as gift items, souvenirs or small articles) are tax exempted. However, in some cases, depending on country destination and moods of custom officials (reality), packages maybe charged on customs duties and/or taxes. At this point, our company has no control on that, therefore, customers are responsible for additional charges/taxes. Our e-store products are fixed price excluding Value Added Tax.
In general, Custom duty, local taxes, brokerage fees & other sewrvice(s) fees are customers’ responsibility.
5) RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS for PRODUCTS/ORDERS/ RESERVATIONS/REGISTRATIONS/BOOKINGS/CONSULTATION/OTHER SERVICES FEES:
Wishing to return purchased products/orders? Excuses, we do not honour any returns or refund without prior notice three (3) days after receiving purchased items. All returns are subject to management approval. Since ordered articles are in perfect condition while packed and have been passed under quality control, defective products (if some cases arise) can be only replaced with the same item and the customer shall be charged for the shipping fee(s). Products are subject to be returned on its original packaging including accessories. Shipment cost of returned product is to be shouldered by the customers. Customer has three (3) working days from the day of receipt to inform Ei International of any damage or defect in the merchandise. Discounted items are not returnable, not refundable nor exchangeable. All sales are final.
Wishing to cancel orders/services/reservations/bookings/registrations/consultation services? It is only applicable if Ei International received your notice with confirmation before the shipping. ORDERS / SERVICES are final once the PRODUCT / SERVICES are RECEIVED by HAND ? EMAIL &/or PICKED-UP by door-to-door agent or on board for shipment.
For cancelation of services/reservation/registration/consultation services: clients/registrants/candidates initial payment is none-refundable and/or clients/registrants/candidates will be charged 50% of the total amount of services (See basis of cancellation charges mentioned below).
CANCELLATIONS for HOTEL/TRAVEL/EVENT BOOKING RESERVATIONS:
The EI INTERNATIONAL/EUROINTERMEDIA Service Center applies the Uniform Conditions Horeca/Event Planning/Consultation Policy. Cancellations of bookings/reservations/registration/consultation made at EI INTERNATIONAL/EUROINTERMEDIA Reservation/Registration/Consultation Center will involve the following fees:

||100% of the total cost
For WEBHOSTING, DOMAIN and WEBSITE MAKING, ALL AGREED PAYMENTS with or without CONTRACT are ALL NONE-REFUNDBLE and MUST COMPLY with the RULES and REGULATIONS of the Ei International and Webhosting Companies.
Notice: Extra Administration costs of €10,00 will be charge if you don't settle your payment every 1st week of the month plus 21% BTW. For WEBHOSTING, DOMAIN and WEBSITE MAKING Cancellation Policy will cost 30% charge(s) base on total amount charges. Cancellation may only apply within 15 days after the registration.
Reservations/Bookings/Registrations/Consultation costs/charges are none-refundable. Unpaid Bookings/Reservations/Registration/Consultation Fees with invoices issued is regulated to be PAID & this Policy is applied by Legal LAW. In order to cancel a reservation/bookings/registrations/consultation, you must always contact the Service Center of EI INTERNATIONAL/EUROINTERMEDIA Bookings/Reservations/Registration/Consultation
6) INCORRECT ORDERS:
We extend excuses if Ei International sent incorrect orders. However, customers shall be hundred percent (100%) reimbursed for the cost of returning the orders while the correct orders will follow immediately. However, reimbursement is processed after the product has been received and checked by our company.
Should your order be not available at the time of your purchase, we will contact you or notify via e-mail and inform you the availability time of the item or recommend cancel / substitute the order.
Ei International reserved the right to cancel received orders if information given by the customer does not pass through our verification process.
7) CONTRACT AGREEMENT, TERMS & CONDITIONS VIOLATION:

Thus, Candidate/Registrant is held
responsible to settle a damage costs 30% base on the total
amount of charges on top of other necessary fees & charges as
agreed upon in case of this Contract is Violated. CANCELLATION of CONTRACT AGREEMENT is ONLY VALID within 15 days.
8) OTHER LIABILITIES:
Ei International will not be liable for the delays caused by Customs clearance procedures or those of other regulatory agencies. IN GENERAL, we do not guarantee that the goods arrive at the place of delivery at any particular time & we are not responsible for any specific losses or damage including consequential losses cause by such delay. We will not also responsible or guarrantees successful result of our travel/work/training advise to every clients/registrants since the clients/registrants are responsible as well to achieve the positive result of this actions/presentations/interviews.
Our company/organization respects the clients/ customers/ candidates/ registrants/ trainees/ companies/ agencies privacy. We do not sell nor do not lend any identifiable information to a third party, we shall not share nor convey. We will not use any information without written consent. Our web-store collects personal and demographic data to provide the customer a better and safe web-shopping experience. You as customer and our company uses the communication electronically which is through e-mail & posting. All transactions/communications on this site are legal and there’s no impersonations occurred.

The Service Center is the reservation and information center of EI INTERNATIONAL/EUROINTERMEDIA. The Service Center cooperates with over 2400 hotels across and beyond. Our customer service staff are experienced and well acquainted on handling your tour requests.
